UPDATE: Pink may have been misinformed by PETA.
To the dismay of sheep lovers around the world, and New Zealand in particular, Pink has recently admitted she may have misinformed by much misunderstood and generally infallible animal rights organization PETA.
"Yes, it is a real shame," said one bespectacled PETA member over a cup of tea. "We at PETA try so hard to get our facts straight. Its not like we want to run emotion-charged campaign of misinformation at all. We might as well go around throwing blood on people if we were into that. No, we pride ourselves on being rational and reasonable, and to think we may have left something out, and let Pink make an arse of herself... well, it boggles the mind."

"I was speaking without thinking and I actually did say ban Australia, which is bullshit. It's not something that I can agree with," said Pink.Pink also noted that her change of heart has absolutely nothing to do with her upcoming tour of Australia, and the negative publicity it has generated in the wake of her farmer-bashing.
"Again, that's something I should have researched on my own. I take full responsibility for not being 100 per cent prepared and researched," she said.PETA representatives are reportedly dismayed by Pink's spectacular triple-backflip of the PETA bandwagon.
